Oklahoma State University's Center for Health Sciences seeks a Practice Administrator to direct day-to-day clinical operations in the Department of Family Medicine. You will coordinate with the Chair and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations to align processes with educational goals and revenue targets.
You will support clinic business operations, ensure policy interpretation and compliance, and help market the department to advance the practice and community engagement.

The Practice Administratoris responsible forthe oversight,coordinationand direction of the day-to-day clinical operations in collaboration Chair and Vice-Chair of Clinical Operations for the Department ofFamilyMedicine.Assist Departmental Chair/Vice Chair with business operations for clinic locations to ensureappropriate educationand procedures are in place foroptimalclinic flow and revenue generation.Assistwith the implementation and interpretation of departmental and university policies and procedures that govern clinic operations.Assistin marketing the department tomaintaina public relations program that serves the best interest of the practice and community.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
(degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)Minimum five (5) years' experience in a related role.

Interpersonal skills arerequiredto interact effectively with faculty, students,clientsand providers. Typing and computer skills (including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheetutilization) arerequired. Skills related to purchasing, billing, and budget management. Strong organizational,office management,and supervisory skillsrequired.
