Job summary

OrthoCarolina Pediatrics Practice in Charlotte seeks a Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and patient workflow, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality care. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and cross-location teams to maintain service excellence.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in health/business administration and have management experience in healthcare settings, with a focus on policy implementation and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health/business administration preferred; 7 years of medical office management experience will be considered.
• At least two years of management experience.
• A minimum of two years of health care industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations at the Practice site and coordinates work activities and schedules to maximize total Practice potential.
• Administers clinic policies and procedures in a consistent and timely manner and is consistent with OrthoCarolina's mission, vision, and values.
• Communicates with physicians to ensure excellent patient service and workflow.
• Works efficiently with other Practice Managers or Operations Managers within site.
