  • Ensure effective billing, collections, insurance claim processes, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Support marketing campaigns and community outreach to drive new patient growth.
  • Hold the team accountable to scheduling and care protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Ensure the facility, equipment, and technology are properly maintained.
  • Accurately complete all administrative and reporting tasks.

The Practice Administrator leads the day-to-day operations of the dental office, creating a positive and efficient environment for both patients and employees. This role ensures operational excellence in line with the Dental Excellence Group’s values and growth strategy.
