Job summary

Pennsylvania College of Technology in Wellsboro is seeking an experienced nursing educator to deliver non-credit instruction and supervise clinical experiences for the Practical Nursing program, extending to Wellsboro and Coudersport locations. You will lead program development, partner with employers, and support healthcare training initiatives.

Your role includes creating course materials, coordinating with College Relations, and ensuring high-quality clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Plan to earn BSN by completion of the fifth year of employment required.
• Current PA RN licensure required.
• Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience as an RN required.
• Sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Grant administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess training needs.
• Provide classroom/clinical instruction in the Penn College at Wellsboro Nursing Program.
• Create and maintain course materials, curricula, and exams.
• Supervise clinical experiences and ensure site policy compliance.
• Coordinate with College Relations to maximize joint efforts.
• Maintain nursing lab facilities and supplies.
• Attend department meetings and assist with scheduling and accreditation.
