Job summary

The role requires an active PA RN license (min. 2 years) and experience teaching or coordinating nursing courses. You will assess student performance, provide feedback, and participate in program improvement efforts in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in PA with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience with nursing education and coursework
• Proven ability to teach across didactic, simulation, clinical and lab settings

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person didactic, simulation, clinical and lab instruction.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory standards.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment and support student success.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain records and submit grades/reports on deadlines.
• Identify at-risk students and advise on remediation plans.
• Mentor students and participate in curriculum development.
