Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Graduate degree in nursing.
• At least five years of full-time nursing experience with at least three years in nursing education.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts regulations (M.G.L. c. 112, 74-81C) and 244 CMR.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
• Ability to provide professional development for staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with technology related to nursing education administration.

Responsibilities

• Direct faculty in development, implementation and evaluation of the nursing curriculum.
• Maintain program approvals and accreditation statuses.
• Prepare and maintain a program budget with the Business Manager.
• Develop scope/sequence, curriculum, clinical experiences and assessment tools.
• Direct data collection and trending to show outcomes achievement.
• Manage health services and school spaces with Facilities Manager.
• Acquire and maintain inventory and records.
• Recruit and admit students; lead PN Admissions Team.
• Collaborate to secure grants and annual program reports.
• Assist students with licensure and post-graduate placement.
• Coordinate student aid resources.
• Support Constitution Day activities.
• Collaborate with staff at Blackstone Valley Vocational Technical High School.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Principal.
