Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years teaching in a nursing program.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
Active, unexpired Virginia RN license with no restrictions for hire.
Minimum 2 years of full-time direct nursing care experience.
Experience with clinical practice in partner facilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver instruction across classroom, lab, online, and clinical settings.
Collaborate on curriculum development and program improvement.
Maintain office hours, advise students, and engage with clinical partners.
Support accreditation activities and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
