Medina County Career Center seeks a Practical Nursing Faculty member to teach and mentor students for licensure as Practical Nurses. The role involves classroom and clinical instruction, student assessment, and collaboration with clinical agencies.

The starting date is October 5, 2026, with a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year and full-time status for 260 days per year. Eligible for state retirement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current valid Ohio RN license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction.
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach, mentor, and evaluate nursing students in classroom and clinical settings.
• Prepare students for licensure as Practical Nurses (LPNs).
• Recruit support from business and industry to develop job placement opportunities for graduates.
