Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Successful experience in medical/surgical nursing within the last four years.
• Current nursing licensure to practice in Pennsylvania is required.
• MSN preferred; teaching experience in a community college setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach courses as assigned by the Dean.
• Post LMS syllabi with outcomes, objectives, grading, attendance, and schedule.
• Maintain office hours and advise students on educational and career plans.
• Develop and update curriculum and participate in college governance.
• Assist in program reviews and promote student retention and success.
