Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current, unencumbered Indiana RN license.
• Experience meeting PN program faculty standards as outlined in ASOM 7.1.
• Commitment to diversity of people, styles, and views.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned PN classes using pedagogy and technology aligned with course objectives and program outcomes.
• Develop and maintain nursing curriculum and materials.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and grades per college policy.
• Create a safe classroom, lab, and learning environment.
• Support student success and retention through advising and interventions.
