Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or PRA-related experience) required.
Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in PRA/PSA or advanced nuclear risk methods preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct PRA analyses and risk-informed engineering evaluations.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver practical solutions.
Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders.
Mentor early-career engineers and support knowledge sharing.
Advise on new nuclear regulations and risk-informed processes (e.g., NEI).
Contribute to business growth by building relationships and identifying opportunities.
