The Amazon Communications team is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and media-savvy PR/Communications professional for the role of Public Relations Manager, Seller Logistics & Ops. The person who fills this high-impact role will drive both proactive and reactive PR activities to positively shape the narrative around the operations offerings that help support our selling partner community, such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Supply Chain by Amazon. This work will elevate Amazon innovations supporting millions of entrepreneurs and small-to-medium-sized businesses that sell in Amazon’s store. Working closely with business partners to provide PR counsel and guidance, this person will develop and execute PR strategies for key announcements, collaborate with senior leaders, and craft compelling messaging that resonates with media and stakeholders. The role also involves managing issues, media escalations, and planning for potential challenges.
This role can be located in Seattle, WA, NYC, or the Washington, D.C. area.
The successful candidate is a self-starter capable of formulating and communicating PR strategies confidently to peers and executives. They should foster collaboration, build valuable relationships internally and externally, and deliver results. They must provide trusted counsel to stakeholders across disciplines and translate complex programs into clear, compelling communications. Experience with media relations across ecommerce trade and national publications is essential.

Compensation varies by geographic location, with a range from $114,000 to $188,500 annually, plus additional benefits and total compensation options.
