You will learn from mentors, develop client-ready pitches, manage meeting materials, and help maintain media lists while growing professional skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR.
• Fast, persuasive writing and ability to translate notes into client-ready materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn integrated communications, talent integration, media relations and brand strategy.
• Build and maintain media databases across verticals to reach right audiences.
• Monitor news cycles for opportunities and client engagement.
• Support accounts with agendas, recaps, reports and budget trackers.
• Coordinate client meetings and events, including RSVPs and on-site staffing.
• Greet visitors and manage light office duties with professionalism.
• Foster trust and discretion in interactions with colleagues and media.
