You should be a fast, detail-oriented writer with entrepreneurial curiosity, ready to work evenings or weekends when needed, and comfortable in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• The Emerging Professional: roughly 1 year of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR.
• High EQ: emotional maturity and effective communication with senior staff and guests.
• A Strong Writer: fast, persuasive, and detail-oriented; capable of client-ready recaps or pitches.
• Entrepreneurial and Curious: proactive mindset and desire to improve processes or talent strategy.
• Exceptionally Organized: meticulous with multiple tasks and details.
• Driven to Over-Deliver: willing to contribute additional hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Talent Learning: learn how talent and influencer integration work with media relations, social strategy, and creative to drive campaigns.
• Talent Research and Database Ownership: build and maintain databases of creator contacts and reps; provide well-researched talent lists.
• Cultural Intelligence: monitor news cycles and social platforms to flag relevant moments for client engagement.
• Administrative Foundation: manage agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers.
• Logistical Support: scheduling, RSVP management, and on-site staffing for influencer activations.
• Professional Ambassadorship: greet visitors and handle light office duties with professionalism and inclusivity.
• Relationship Driven: foster trust and discretion in interactions with colleagues and media.
