Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree is required.
• Two to four years of PR experience.
• Must be in commuting distance to the Philadelphia-area office.

Responsibilities

• Secure earned media coverage and build relationships with reporters.
• Craft press releases, bylined articles, blog posts and social content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and client industries.
• Develop and deploy plans for award submissions, conferences, and campaigns.
• Engage with clients and communicate value of work.
• Utilize industry tools and productivity tools, including AI.
• Assist with reporting and measure impact for clients.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
