Red Thread PR is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a dynamic agency team in Philadelphia. You will manage 4-6 client relationships, execute PR tactics, and drive media outreach across multiple clients and industries.

The role emphasizes collaboration within the PR department and across Brownstein’s sister agencies, with strong writing, reporting, and strategic execution required. Local presence in Philadelphia is essential, with in-office Tuesdays and remote other days.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in PR, Journalism, Communication or English.
• Minimum 5 years agency experience.
• Strong writing skills and writing samples expected.
• Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional PR tactics.
• Experience with media relations and activations and executional processes.
• Proven media relations results and sample work.
• Experience supporting PR campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Event and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of media monitoring and AI tools.
• Excellent client service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support 4-6 diverse clients with public relations tactics, reporting and measurement.
• Engage with clients in insurance, financial services, and QSR sectors.
• Execute plans and assist account teams to exceed client goals.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure outcomes are met.
• Report and measure media coverage and results.
• Collaborate across Red Thread PR and Brownstein sister agencies.
• Secure editorial coverage and proactive media outreach; chase headlines.
• Develop thought leadership materials; write for diverse audiences.
