Job summary

Gregory FCA, a leading PR agency, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team in the Philadelphia area, NYC, or Boston. The right candidate will drive media relations and client communication, managing media outreach for multiple clients from idea to landing opportunities.

Responsibilities include proactively identifying story opportunities, conducting media outreach to high‑value outlets, writing press materials, and briefing clients and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years PR experience.
• Passion for media relations.
• Understanding of AI and how it can support work.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-first attitude and ability to work with junior and senior team members.
• Client service oriented and adaptable to changing work demands.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized multi-tasking.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for story opportunities and industry trends and place stories in the media.
• Conduct media outreach to high-value targets and guide junior staff.
• Write press releases, blog posts, media queries, bylines and social posts; edit for messaging and compliance.
• Brief clients on anticipated topics and prepare talking points for interviews.
• Support VP in onboarding new clients, scope of work, messaging matrix and campaign goals.
• Engage with clients via email, phone, video conference, or in-person and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead client calls and briefings with strategic input and status updates.
• Stay current on industry issues, products and regulations relevant to clients.
