Job summary

Booz Allen's Commercial Post Quantum Cryptography practice seeks a Director to establish and grow the PQC capability. You will define direction, standards, and service offerings for commercial customers and lead a team of PQC experts to deliver security reviews, inventories, pilots, and large-scale deployments across client environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical teams in PQC or cryptography.
• 5+ years in infrastructure management or design with cryptographic interoperability.
• Experience presenting roadmaps to executives.
• Experience developing and testing quantum-resistant algorithms.
• Experience leading large software/hardware deployments.
• Knowledge of quantum-safe technologies, timelines, and standards (NIST).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow Booz Allen's PQC practice.
• Define standards and requirements for services and solutions sold to Commercial customers.
• Educate and influence client executives and engineering teams on PQC best practices.
• Lead teams to perform security reviews, inventories, pilots, and migrations to quantum-resistant solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders across product, IT, networking, and security to embed PQC in architectures and designs.
