Job summary

Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital, In partnership with Select Medical, is seeking a PPS Coordinator (MDS) in Hummelstown, PA. The role focuses on coordinating IRF-PAI data collection and ensuring CMS-guided documentation to support accurate scoring and patient assessments.

The PPS Coordinator will assist the PPS Manager with IRF-PAI processes, staff education, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure comprehensive documentation and reliable PPS operations.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in nursing (RN) or allied health required.
• Minimum of two years of rehabilitation or related field experience required.
• Experience with CMS guidelines and IRF-PAI processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection on the IRF-PAI.
• Ensure documentation supports CMS guidelines and staff education for compliance.
• Assist PPS Manager with IRF-PAI data collection, transmittals, and corrections.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and staff education for accurate scoring and comorbidities.
