Job summary

Plenary Americas LP is seeking a Project Coordinator to support coordination and execution of infrastructure projects within the P3 environment from design through facilities management. You will assist with administration, reporting, meeting coordination, document control, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects in the region.

The role focuses on local projects such as the Prince George’s County Public Schools Blueprint Phase II and the University of Maryland NextGen Energy Program,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination experience in construction, facilities or P3 projects.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, submittals and document control.
• Support design, construction and operations teams across multiple projects.
• Assist with reports, change orders and project documentation.
