Job summary

Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Licensed Clin Therapist to provide mental health services as part of the health care team. The role supports physicians and nursing staff, delivering individualized and group therapies, psychoeducation, and psychosocial assessments on-site.

The position requires a Master's in psychology, social work, or related counseling field, CPR within 30 days, and licensure (HSPP, LCSW, LMFT, LCAC, or LMHC). Two years of MH experience and flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Employee must be able to bill independently for services rendered.
• Licensure and certifications must be kept current.

Experience: 2 years experience in the mental health field.

Other Qualifications: Must be able to work flexible hours and days of the week. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and good working knowledge of a computer. Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.
