Parkview Behavioral Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to join the multidisciplinary treatment team. The role requires a Master’s degree and current LCSW/LMFT/LMHC licensure, with the ability to bill independently and provide a full range of assessment, psychotherapy, and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related mental health field.
• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required. Licensure and certifications must be kept current.
• Employee must be able to bill independently for services rendered.
• 2 years experience in the mental health field.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.
