Job Summary:

Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, in accordance with the Indiana Licensing Board. Provides a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care from the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. Develops and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers, and provides emergency services as required.

Qualifications

Education:

Must have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related mental health field.

License & Cert:

LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required. Licensure and certifications must be kept current. Employee must be able to bill independently for services rendered.CPR required within 30 days of employment.Must complete non-crisis intervention within 60 days of employment. ANSA required within 30 days of employment. Must have a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance for Homebased Case Management, 3 Wishes, CTT MH Case Management, and ACE Case Management. ANSA required within 30 days of employment. CANS 0-5 required within 30 days of employment for Three Wishes and Home Base Diversion Case Management.CANS 5-17 required within 30 days of employment for all areas except PC Inpatient Therapist, Residential Addictions 3.5 CD, CTT MH Case Management, and ACE Case Management.Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse. Experience:

2 years experience in the mental health field.

Other Qualifications:

Must be able to work flexible hours and days of the week. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and good working knowledge of a computer. Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.
