Job summary

Parkview Health in Indiana seeks a Nurse Supervisor to oversee the operations of designated physician offices. You'll work with management and physicians to ensure clinical and administrative policies align with Parkview's goals and service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff scheduling, EMR proficiency, and delivering service-excellence. Must be a registered nurse with CPR certification and at least three years in a clinical setting; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing.
• Valid Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification.
• 3 years experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Staff scheduling experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification

Valid Registered Nurse license required. Maintains CPR certification.

Experience

3 years experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred. Electronic medical record experience preferred. Staff scheduling experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives. Must be familiar with computers.
