Job summary

Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a nurse leader to supervise the designated physician office operations and collaborate with management and physicians to align policies with business goals and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license with CPR certification, 3 years in a physician office or related setting, supervisory experience preferred, and solid communication and computer skills including EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing.
• Must hold a valid RN license and CPR certification.
• 3 years of experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with computers.

Education

Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing.

Licensure/Certification

Valid Registered Nurse license required. Maintains CPR certification.

Experience

3 years experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred. Electronic medical record experience preferred. Staff scheduling experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives. Must be familiar with computers.
