• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certification as athletic trainer (NATABOC) required.
• Indiana licensure or eligibility required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• 3–5 years experience as certified athletic trainer.
• Experience in physician offices or supervisory roles preferred.
• Electronic medical records experience preferred.
• Staff scheduling experience preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, quality and education initiatives.
• Computer literacy required.

Job description

Responsible for overall supervision and operations of the designated physician office(s). Works with management and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Licensure/Certification

• Certification as an athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification required.
• Licensure or eligible for licensure by the Indiana Professional Licensing Board required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must have current CPR certification.

Experience
