Job Summary

Installer Trainee responsible for continued growth in quality, customer service, and installation of our products.

Core Duties
  • Train and learn the proper way to install with a high level of quality.
  • Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail.
  • Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third‑party locations.
  • Maintain a regular reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to comfortably and safely drive high‑end vehicles.
  • Excellent eye‑hand coordination and dexterity.
  • Good listening and following instructions.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.
