Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Project Engineer II for PPE to lead new product development from concept to launch, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain. This role emphasizes safety-driven PPE solutions with global collaboration and a focus on timely, high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree and 2–5 years of experience in product design or project engineering, with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualificações

• BS in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple PPE NPD projects, balancing priorities and schedules.
• Guide cross-functional global teams, providing technical direction and reviewing work.
• Develop and drive project schedules, facilitate meetings, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Drive technical problem-solving—analyze data, balance objectives, and set product and project direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Suppliers to deliver high‑performing, manufacturable products.
• Scrutinize designs for weaknesses and drive continuous improvement.
