Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with material management and QA standards.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Proficient with Inventory Control and Material Tracking systems.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Use inventory systems to maintain and verify inventory levels.
• Manage centralized PPE locker distribution and assignments.
• Keep change rooms clean, organized, and stocked daily.
• Follow institution procedures (P330-11, 12, 13).
• Locate, pull, and stage material for program activities.
• Maintain a clean receiving area.
• Work cohesively in a team and provide attention to detail.
