Job summary

Curtis PPE Care is looking for a driven Branch Manager for our Northern California team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead employees and ensure excellent service for our fire department customers.

The ideal candidate will have management experience, focus on team engagement, and possess strong customer service skills. We offer a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with other perks.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of management experience in a production-type operation.
• Professional experience using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of NFPA1850 and/or other industry standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deliver top customer service.
• Develop knowledge of industry standards and company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Train employees and customers on industry standards and products.
• Visit customers and interact with sales staff as needed.
• Engage with the supply chain network.
