Job summary

Curtis PPE Care is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager for our Northern California team. You will lead a multi-disciplinary group to deliver exceptional service to hero customers, including firefighting departments, while meeting revenue and operating expense goals.

You will train staff on industry standards and product knowledge, work with customers directly, and collaborate with the Director of Operations to drive continuous improvement across the branch.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of management experience in a production-type operation.
• Professional experience using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-discipline team to deliver superior customer service.
• Align team objectives with production schedules, quality standards, and revenue goals.
• Provide training on industry standards, product knowledge, and warranty programs.
• Interface with customers, sales, and supply chain to support mission and values.
• Develop operations that meet budgeted expenses and improve efficiency.
