Job summary

BlackCube Labs is seeking a highly analytical PPC + AI / Automation Specialist to manage campaign execution, optimization, reporting, analytics, and automation across multiple client accounts. This hands‑on role focuses on improving paid media performance, reporting efficiency, tracking accuracy, and workflow automation while supporting the Growth Lead's strategic direction.

The ideal candidate has strong PPC experience, advanced analytical skills, and expertise in AI-powered marketing workflows

Qualifications

3–6+ years of PPC experience.
Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and reporting platforms.
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign analytics.
Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows and reporting automation.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Implement targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign structures.
Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management.
Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards in Databox, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
