Job summary

Asahi/America is seeking a PPAP & Advanced Quality Coordinator on a six‑month contract in Lawrence, MA. You will manage PPAP submissions, work with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, and drive process validation from design to production.

You will perform MSA, Gage R&R, and Cpk analyses, develop inspection methods, and support tight documentation to ensure PPAP approvals. This role offers exposure to high‑profile programs and potential long‑term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PPAP documentation for new customers and major contracts.
• Ability to analyze processes using MSA, Gage R&R, and Cpk.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete PPAP process from diagrams to final customer submission.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to understand manufacturing processes.
• Support FAIs and secure material certifications and traceability.
