Job summary

Gates seeks a PPAP Coordinator to manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Located at our Siloam Springs, Arkansas plant, you will coordinate APQP deliverables, prepare, organize, and submit PPAP documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

• PPAP/APQP knowledge required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and dimensional data.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APQP activities and monitor deliverables for successful launches.
• Prepare, compile, review and upload PPAP-related documents.
• Serve as primary customer contact for PPAP/APQP activities and ensure timely approvals.
• Perform dimensional data collection and support ISIR activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and corrective actions.
