Job summary

Manitowoc Pattern and Machining in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a PPAP Coordinator to join the QA team. This on-site daytime role focuses on preparing PPAP packages, reviewing drawings, and coordinating documentation across departments to support new product launches.

You will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure PPAP readiness, track submissions, and help drive first-time quality across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with FMEA, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and APQP is advantageous.
• Strong organization and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer PPAP packages and coordinate documentation between engineering, production and quality.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure PPAP readiness.
• Track submissions and approvals and update control plans, PFMEAs and process flows.
• Work with engineers and customers to ensure successful product launches on first attempt.

What You'll Do

• Preparing customer PPAP packages
