Job summary

Photon Brothers is seeking a Field Electrician to install Tesla Powerwall home battery systems and perform related electrical work from our Centennial, CO location.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ electrician experience focused on residential systems and energy storage. You will wire, troubleshoot, and integrate Powerwall with solar and grid connections while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician, with a focus on residential electrical systems and energy storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including inverters, solar panels, energy storage solutions, and battery-based backup systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
• High attention to detail, ensuring work is completed safely and to specifications.
• REQUIRED: Valid Residential Wireman (RW) license or higher (Journeyman or Master Electrician)
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record for the last 3 years, and a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, and must be able to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission Tesla Powerwall home battery systems to meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform general electrical tasks, including wiring, circuit breakers, grounding, and panel upgrades to accommodate the installation of Powerwall and other energy storage solutions.
• Work with customers to ensure seamless integration of Powerwall with solar panel systems, grid connections, and backup power configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Solar and Tesla Powerwall installations.
• Ensure all installations meet local electrical codes, Tesla specifications, and safety standards.
• Engage with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Complete and submit the necessary jobsite documentation, including safety reports, installation reports, and customer feedback.
