Job summary
Photon Brothers in Camarillo, CA is seeking an experienced Electrician on a contract basis for installation and integration of Tesla Powerwall battery systems and solar. The ideal candidate has a strong residential electrical background with energy storage expertise.
You will install, test, and commission Powerwall systems, ensure safe integration with solar and grid connections, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician with a focus on residential electrical systems and energy storage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission Tesla Powerwall home battery systems to meet safety and quality standards
- Perform general electrical tasks, including wiring, circuit breakers, grounding, and panel upgrades for Powerwall and energy storage installations
- Work with customers to ensure seamless integration of Powerwall with solar panels, grid connections, and backup power configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Solar and Tesla Powerwall installations
- Ensure all installations meet local electrical codes, Tesla specifications, and safety standards
- Engage with customers to explain the installation process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Complete and submit jobsite documentation including safety reports, installation reports, and customer feedback
