Photon Brothers in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Field Electrician for a part-time, contract role focused on installing Tesla Powerwall battery systems and solar solutions. The selected candidate will work at our Camarillo location and surrounding Ventura/LA counties, performing electrical tasks and ensuring safe, code-compliant installations.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience as an electrician, with a strong background in residential electrical systems and energy storage.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as an electrician with residential focus
Experience with energy storage solutions a plus
Tesla Powerwall installation preferred but not required
Strong understanding of electrical systems including inverters and solar panels

Responsibilities

Install Tesla Powerwall systems and test/commission
Perform general electrical tasks: wiring, circuit breakers, grounding, panel upgrades
Ensure seamless Powerwall-solar grid integration and backup power configurations
Troubleshoot Powerwall and Solar installations
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and Tesla specs
Explain installation process to customers and ensure satisfaction
Complete on-site documentation and reports
