Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Test Engineering Supervisor to lead an engineering team delivering test equipment for next generation powertrain programs across North America. You will drive concept-to-implementation, partnering with Manufacturing Strategy, Product Engineering and suppliers to ensure top quality, cost and timing for ICE, electric and hybrid platforms.

You will coach and mentor your team, foster a safe and high performing culture, and champion Design for Manufacturing principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required.
• Strong analytical capability with a data driven mindset for decision making.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Assembly & Test processes and launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to design, build and implement test equipment for ICE, electric and hybrid powertrain programs across North America.
• Drive program launches from concept to implementation while partnering with Manufacturing Strategy, Product Engineering and Suppliers.
