Job summary

Bosch USA in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks an engineer to serve as the North American customer interface for Powertrain Solutions, covering internal combustion, hybrids, electrification, and powertrain projects.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive the program from concept through production, while applying a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 1–3 years of relevant experience; English is required, additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Basic understanding of powertrain and thermal management technologies at the system level.
• 1-3 years of experience in Engineering, Innovation or Project Management with interface to external customers.
• Languages: English. Additional language skills, like German, French, Italian are a plus.

Job Description
Powertrain Solutions is a provider of diversified powertrain products and solutions across all market segments and with a product portfolio ranging from gasoline and diesel injection systems, electronics control units and software, to electrified powertrains with battery and fuel cell technologies.
We are the customer innovation management team within Bosch’s Powertrain Solutions (PS) division responsible for all technical collaboration activities with our customers in North America. We strive to support our customers on their path to a CO2-neutral and zero-emission future. We have access to a global pool of cutting-edge technology development that we utilize to engage our customer and carry these technologies from the innovation phase all the way into series production.
