Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to lead NA Facilities for powertrain components, battery trays, and related plants. You will guide an engineering team to develop and launch safe, high-quality processes while meeting cost and delivery objectives across NM, NNM, and adaptation programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing RFQs, design, and installation of facilities and equipment; managing program scope, timing, and costs; and driving SIS-based process improvements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience translating technical data into executive summaries; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering across NM/NNM programs and NA facilities.
• Oversee RFQs, sourcing, design, installation of facilities and equipment.
• Drive SIS deployment and root-cause problem solving to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate site preparation, machine installation, and facility standards.
• Support multiple plants across US/Mexico/Canada with a focus on cost, safety, quality, and delivery.
