The Calibration Engineer will develop engine calibrations to meet drivability, emissions, and fuel economy standards. Responsibilities include calibration development across the entire lifecycle, from conceptual to validation phases, involving various propulsion system concepts, including electrification. The role involves coordinating testing activities, collaborating with technicians, and reporting on progress to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
• At least 3 years of experience in spark ignition engine controls and calibration
• Knowledge of engine systems and related technologies such as combustion, fuel systems, and controls
• Experience in feature calibration focusing on drivability, emissions, and fuel economy
• Experience with US and international standards and regulations
• Data acquisition skills
• Strong teamwork and independent working skills
• Good communication skills, with ability to present clearly
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and ETAS/INCA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience
• DFSS Green Belt or higher
• Problem-solving certifications (e.g., Six Sigma)
