This onsite role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 4–7 years of related experience, with proficiency in CAD and powertrain systems. You will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to deliver robust, cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 4–7 years of related experience in powertrain design or heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Proficiency with CAD software and familiarity with powertrain development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of powertrain and drivetrain components for heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Use CAD software to model 3D designs and create detailed 2D drawings.
• Ensure designs meet customer requirements and project specifications.
• Manage engineering changes and ECN documentation.
• Create and review material specifications and BOMs for powertrain systems.
• Deliver complete engineering packages optimizing efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Understand and apply lean manufacturing principles.
