This full-time role offers an annual compensation ranging from $75,000 to $125,000+, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics and repairs on various powersports vehicles, maintaining a clean shop, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in Powersports, marine, or aviation.
• Comfortable working in a flat-rate environment.
• Must own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and customizations on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs.
• Complete flat-rate work efficiently.
• Keep your bay and shop clean, organized, and professional.
