Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience working as a service technician in a powersports or motorsport dealership service department (highly preferred).
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in complex repair procedures across various OEM platforms (metric, European, and major e-bike brands).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and work well with teammates and support our sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain dirt bikes, e-bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles across major OEM lines.
• Perform advanced mechanical work, including full motor rebuilds and precise valve adjustments.
• Execute suspension services, including both fork and shock rebuilds.
• Handle routine maintenance tasks such as tire changes, general servicing, and advanced electrical/e-bike diagnostics.
• Maintain strict quality control to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop in optimal condition.
• Safely perform heavy lifting and utilize dealership equipment in accordance with safety standards.

Position Overview
