You will demonstrate motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft and other powersports products, build relationships, and help with pricing, financing and trade evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Power sports sales background preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process while delivering an outstanding experience.
• Present and demonstrate powersports products to customers.
• Build relationships to understand wants and riding interests and guide pricing, financing, trade evaluations, and purchase decisions.
• Negotiate with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner and explain features, accessories, and upgrades.
• Maintain strong product knowledge on current inventory, new models, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Work with the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Job Summary

• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Two to four year college degree preferred, but not required
• 1-2+ years sales and customer service experience preferred
• Power sports sales background preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Working Conditions: Indoor and Outdoor. Day will be spent at desk working with customers or on the lot showing vehicles.
