We are actively hiring Powersports Sales Consultants / Sales Representatives at our Young Powersports Layton location. If you’re passionate about powersports, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Whether you’re an experienced powersports sales professional or new to the industry, this is a strong entry-level sales opportunity with paid training and ongoing support from our internal training team - the Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing units that best fit their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience

Qualifications:

• Must be a Powersports Enthusiast
• Previous experience in powersports sales or retail is a huge plus, but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
