Job summary

Young Powersports Missoula is seeking an outdoor enthusiast to join our team as a Polaris Powersports Sales Representative. If you’ve hauled an elk out on a Sportsman, ridden trails in a RZR, or logged miles on a Ranger, you already know this product well.

We train the sales skills with paid training and ongoing support. As a full-time team member, you’ll help customers find the perfect machine, build relationships in the local riding community, and stay current on models, promotions, and

Qualifications

• A real passion for the outdoors: trail riding, hunting, off-roading, or snowmobiling
• Hands-on experience with Polaris or other off-road vehicles
• Sales experience helpful but not required; we'll train the right person
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
• Goal-oriented and quick to learn
• Valid driver's license and a professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Help hunters, ranchers, trail riders, and families choose the right Polaris RZR, Ranger, General, Sportsman, or snowmobile
• Use your own riding experience to recommend accessories, plows, winches, and upgrades
• Build lasting relationships with customers and the local riding community
• Stay current on new models, promotions, and financing options
• Meet sales goals and work as a team in a fast-paced showroom
