Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Strong customer service skills and sales abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer buying process by performing high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Ensure demo vehicles are enabled with the latest technology and ready for display.
• Present demo vehicles to customers and supply product performance and benefits.
• Build strong rapport with customers and assist with lead generation through calls, texts, and emails.
• Set appointments for vehicle demonstrations and email marketing materials ahead of scheduled appointments.
