Job summary

Karl Malone PowerSports in Colorado Springs is seeking a Parts Department Assistant to support customers and staff in identifying, pricing, and locating standard-issued and custom parts. The role is pivotal to ensure repair work and custom projects proceed by supplying the right parts promptly.

You will collaborate with the Parts Manager, handle inquiries with a friendly professional manner, and contribute to a family-centered team that values training and advancement opportunities in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales of parts from start to finish.
• Work with the Parts Manager to locate any parts, not in stock.
• Aid in locating and completing special order part requests for the customer.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and maintain all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.
